Agreed with Rune on the trees. Nice composition otherwise. I'd move to the other side of that tree line and shoot the barn from several angles. Looks like a lot of potential in that building. If you want the fence in the image, try it from the other end. Maybe the trees won't get in the way. The image also has the leaning-to-the-left feel to it.

It is possible. There is a relatively unknown technique called TT (abbreviation for Time Travel) which is also relatively related to relativity. When applied correctly, it is more effective than PD recapturing and labor substitution. That's how I got my green. Why should the employer hold your salary? If you had any agreement for paying back cost of your GC processing for leaving within a certain period, that would not hold any more (since last June such agreements are illegal)
No employer will write a direct agreement, you will have to payback the GC cost - instead they execute an agreement, employee should payback all the benefits (legal fees, service fee, tuition fee and etc)extended to him, if s/he leaves before X number of months/years - which is legal. BTW, can you post the reference that states this kind of agreement is illegal - I would like to bookmark it, if one available.

It is not now. I cannot apply for I485 as PD is not current for me.
I am asking when USCIS decides to introduce an extra step called Pre-App for I485 and for which PD need not be current.
There was this news in early May that USCIS is planning to halt concurrent filing and introduce new Pre-App process. So I wanted to learn more about this from others...

Hi,
I got an email from a reporter at the Seattle Business Magazine who is writing an article on the lack of Immigration reform in the United States and how that is adversely affecting innovation and job creation.
The magazine in question is definitely not a major publication, however I think its important to highlight our case wherever possible.
Is there a 'Media Kit' on the lines of "meet your lawmaker kit' ? I looked at the "contact media" link on the home page but could not find anything.
I would be grateful if someone can point me to the relevant material, or if someone is willing to share their experience in talking to the media.

With full due respect to the extremely hard IIT JEE and the brilliance of the students that make it to the IIT , the reason that only 3500 make it from over 150,000 is because of India's staggering population and staggering student numbers . The US has less than a third of US's population and hence Harvard accepts 10% . It is simple math.
I feel that just because a person could not crack a question in IIT JEE and gets rejected makes him any less smarter than the ones who make it given the small number of seats that used to be sometime back .
It is good that ye government has now opened a lot more IIT's and IIM's so that more people can get the privilege of going into these elite institutionalism , the ones who missed the Institution because they could not crack one question in the JEE .
